We spent around a year to build an entire supply chain from GaN chips to shipping, and have control over every single step of the production, this way we can ensure the quality of our products and the lowest possible price for our customers. It is truly a lab to customer business model without any third party. BT-300 is very expensive to make. The BOM (bill of material) itself costs around 30% of the selling price, not to mention researching, manufacturing, cases, packaging, shipping, campaign and more. We left very little budget for advertisement because we want to put that kind of money into the product itself, and that is why we rely heavily on KOL, social media and customer referrals (your help).
